Client Communication Disclaimer
How the firm communicates with clients and prospective clients, and the limits of email and web submissions.
Last updated
Communication in immigration matters is time-sensitive and often confidential. These are the ground rules.
Before an engagement exists
Until a written engagement agreement is in place, information you send is not protected as a client communication in the same way, and the firm has no obligation to act on your matter, monitor your deadlines, or respond to a notice you receive.
Deadlines are never communicated by web form
Do not rely on this website, a contact form, or an unanswered email to preserve a deadline. If you have a hearing date, a response deadline on a government notice, or a filing window closing, call the firm directly.
Email and messaging
Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Once represented, use the client portal for documents and case-specific messages. Keep your contact information current with the firm and with the relevant government agency or court.
Attorney review required
This page is a drafting starting point prepared for the firm. It must be reviewed and approved by the firm's licensed attorney, and adjusted for the rules of every jurisdiction in which the firm advertises, before publication.
Next Step
Discuss your immigration matter with our team
Every case turns on details that a website cannot evaluate. A consultation is a structured review of your facts, your options, and the risks of each path.
Booking or attending a consultation does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when the firm's written engagement requirements are satisfied. No outcome is guaranteed.
