Consultations

Consultation appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled through the confirmation email or by contacting the firm. Where a consultation fee applies, the notice period required for a refund and any administrative fee must be stated here.

Legal fees and government fees

Government filing fees are paid to the government and are generally not refundable by the agency once a filing is accepted, regardless of outcome. Refunds of legal fees are governed by the written engagement agreement and applicable professional rules.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The firm does not store raw payment card information.
